On May 24 2023 I was able to turn a life-long dream into reality and successfully summited Mount Everest (29,030 feet, 8848M). Reaching the highest point on earth was a journey including months of preparation and an eight week summit expedition in Nepal. Climbing Mount Everest is an extreme physical and mental challenge, and in this session I’m excited to share my personal insights and learning.
