Nicole Faletra, serving as the Sr. Director of Channel, Americas at Pax8, plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s channel and community engagement. In her capacity, she spearheads the strategic planning, development, and management of the Channel team while nurturing and enhancing key relationships. Nicole oversees a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including the orchestration of Pax8’s hosted partner events and the formulation of strategies for the company’s presence at industry events. Her role extends to the creation of comprehensive marketing programs geared towards the IT channel, emphasizing strategic events and sponsorships. With a keen focus on communicating Pax8’s value proposition and benefits to the IT channel community, Nicole collaborates directly with current, prospective, and new Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing from Johnson & Wales University, demonstrating her versatile background. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a dedicated dog lover and passionate about environmental preservation.
