As Nerdio’s Solutions Support Director, Chuck Mikuzis guides our support teams as the frontline of support for our MSP partners and Enterprise customers across our Nerdio product lineup. With a focus on support that not only provides resolution, but education on all things Nerdio and Microsoft Cloud. Chuck brings to Nerdio nearly 20 years of system administration experience. With the first 12 of those being in the enterprise space. Now fully entrenched in the MSP space, Chuck brings those enterprise-level practices down to scale for the MSP/SMB market and to our Nerdio Manager for Enterprise support teams.
