Enterprise Breakout Tracks

Designed for enterprise IT professionals, SIs, Microsoft attendees, and enterprise executives The Enterprise Track will begin on Tuesday, May 5 and end the evening of Wednesday, May 6. The NerdioCon agenda is packed with deep technical learning, real-world insights, and unparalleled access to industry experts. A dedicated executive track will also be offered. Session categories will include: Product vision, roadmap, & innovation Learn what’s coming next, where Nerdio and Microsoft are headed together, and how industry innovation is shaping the future of end-user computing (EUC). AVD, Windows 365, & Intune architecture, performance, & scale These are deep technical sessions designed for architects and engineers and will feature in-depth architecture discussions, real-world implementations, and performance tradeoffs. Key sessions will include:
  • AVD and Windows 365 design and implementation considerations.
  • Performance benchmarking, testing, and results.
  • Architecture considerations for global scale, resilience, and disaster recovery.
Migration, modernization, & legacy VDI exit These sessions will contain insights and guidance into making the move from legacy VDI solutions like Citrix or Omnissa to a complete, cloud-hosted solution like Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or a hybrid combination of both using AVD Hybrid or Azure Local. Key sessions will include:

Security, compliance, & governance These sessions focus on covering practical strategies to protect data, meet regulatory requirements, and reduce risk without slowing innovation. Key sessions will include:
  • Center for Internet Security (CIS) best practices and hardened images.
  • End-to-end security considerations for AVD & Windows 365.
  • Policies and procedures that strengthen security practices.
