Logistics
Hotel
NerdioCon 2024 will be held at Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Attendees should plan to arrive on Monday, February 12th, 2024 and will leave on Friday, February 16th, 2024, unless you have made other arrangements.
Yes – all attendees will be required to make their own hotel reservations. Please use this website to book your hotel accommodation. If you are using your Platinum or Gold Partnerd benefit, your room will be billed to Nerdio. You are still required to make your own hotel reservation and we suggest booking early.
The NerdioCon hotel is $545 per night (single occupancy). This includes full access to the resort and all food & beverage costs outside of official NerdioCon activities.

Please contact the hotel directly. Room availability will be on a first come, first served basis.
You can bring guests if you would like. If so, the cost per room per night will increase to $700 per night for double occupancy, and $955 per night for triple occupancy. Children (2-12 years old) are $190 per night. Your guest(s) will have transportation set up for them as long as you let the NerdioCon team know in advance.
Transportation
Yes, unless you are a fully hosted Nerdio “Partnerd”, in which case you will need to book your own flights to and from the Punta Cana (PUJ) airport.
Monday, February 12th– Friday, February 16th, 2023.
Bus transportation for NerdioCon attendees, sponsors, and speakers will be complimentary to and from the airport. Please collect your baggage, make your way to the main exit and look for the NerdioCon sign.
NerdioCon Event
Early bird pricing will be $399 until 12/31/2023. After that, the event fee will increase to $599. This fee will include all access to the content and event space, special events and meals, and transportation to and from the Punta Cana airport.
Yes, please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions when you register.
All meals and drinks will be included in your reservation. The only meals you will be responsible for are those offsite.

We encourage you to explore the hotel’s preferred dress code if attending any restaurants. For the event, the vendor space is outdoors and walking to and from each room will also be outdoors. Rooms will be air conditioned, however. Please dress accordingly.
