MSP attendees should arrive on Sunday, May 3. Enterprise IT professionals and SIs should arrive on Monday, May 4. Everyone will depart on Thursday, May 7.
Yes, all attendees need to book their own hotel rooms, including hosted partners and guests. After completing registration, you will be provided with a direct link to reserve your hotel stay at the La Quinta at our NerdioCon discounted room rate.
The hotel booking link can also be found in your event registration confirmation email if you miss this step during the registration process. If you cannot find the booking link, please email [email protected] and we will assist you.
To adjust your hotel reservation, you will use the booking link you accessed when booking your room. You can also call the hotel directly.
Yes, all attendees will be responsible for booking their own flights and transportation.
Hosted attendees and guests with exclusive all-expenses paid benefits will receive a travel voucher to use toward the flights of their choice.
Attendees should fly into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), located approximately 20 minutes from the venue.
Another option is to fly into Los Angeles (LAX) and drive to Palm Springs, which can take approximately 2.5-3.5 hours depending on traffic.
NerdioCon will not be providing transportation to and from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). All attendees, sponsors, and speakers need to arrange their own transportation.
There is no shuttle service between the resort and the airport. Please plan accordingly and use taxis, ride-sharing services, or rental cars for your transportation.
Please contact the hotel directly. Room availability will be on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, you can bring guests to NerdioCon. Please note that if your room has more than two guests, there will be an additional charge per guest per night. Additionally, you must still abide by the hotel’s maximum occupancy policy for each room.
For Nerdio hosted attendees, Nerdio will not cover guests' costs.
Nerdio will not cover a plus one for the event. You will be responsible for all charges associated if you choose to bring a guest. Note that plus ones will not be permitted to attend NerdioCon parties, sessions, or any other Nerdio-hosted events.
Half-day excursions will be hosted by NerdioCon sponsors and Nerdio, and we will provide instructions on how to sign up as we get closer to the event.
The excursions are for the MSP audience only—but don’t worry, the amazing Welcome Party on Monday evening is for all attendees!
Nerdio event costs
The event fee is $499 until December 31, 2025, then increases to $699 on January 1, 2026. The event fee includes full access to exclusive content, events, meals, networking, and parties.
We have a group rate and rooms held at the La Quinta for attendees interested in staying onsite. The discounted rate is $399 plus tax and fees.
If you would like to stay beyond the dates of the contracted discounted room rate, please contact La Quinta directly for availability and pricing.
Attendees are responsible for incidentals as well as any additional food and beverage.
Other commonly asked questions
Yes, please indicate if you have any specific dietary restrictions when you register for the event.
Registered attendees will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as beverage breaks on the days of the event. You will be responsible for any meals and beverages outside of the event.
We encourage you to explore the hotel’s preferred dress code if you plan to visit any of the restaurants. For the event, attendees should dress in smart casual or business casual attire. Ensure your clothing is comfortable for a day of sessions and networking, and pay close attention to the weather forecast leading up to the event.
All keynote sessions will be recorded and shared within a few weeks post-event once they have been processed. Breakout sessions will not be recorded.
Yes, attendees will receive access to slides within a few weeks post-event.
