Logistics
NerdioCon 2025 will be held at LaQuinta Resort & Club. All attendees are required to stay at the conference hotel. You should plan to arrive on Monday, April 7 and leave on Thursday, April 10th, unless you have made other arrangements.
Yes, all attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel reservations.
After registering for NerdioCon, within your event confirmation email there will be a link to book and manage your hotel reservation. If you can’t find the email, please contact us at nerdiocon@getnerdio.com, and we’ll resend it to you.
To finalize your hotel reservation, a one-night deposit is required for booking. You are required provide a credit card when booking your reservation. Upon arrival, you will also need to put a credit card on file for any incidentals during your stay. This applies to all NerdioCon attendees.
If you are part of our Partnerd Program, please check with your account representative for further information on your program benefits.
The nightly rate at La Quinta Resort & Club is $399, plus taxes and fees. Please note that this rate does not include meals or beverages, as the hotel is not an all-inclusive resort. Attendees will be responsible for covering their own food and beverage expenses.
To modify or cancel your hotel reservation, use the booking link provided in your NerdioCon registration confirmation email. You’ll need your acknowledgment (hotel confirmation) number to access your reservation details. If you can’t find the original confirmation email, please contact us at nerdiocon@getnerdio.com, and we’ll resend it.
Please contact the hotel directly. Room availability will be on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, you can bring guests to NerdioCon. Please note that if your room has more than two guests, there will be an additional charge of $10 per guest per night. Additionally, you must still abide by the hotel’s maximum occupancy policy for each room.
Nerdio will NOT cover a plus one for the event. You will be responsible for all charges associated if you choose to bring a guest. Due to the nature of the event in 2025, plus ones will not be permitted to attend NerdioCon parties and events.
Guest attendance is determined by the sponsor hosting the activity. Please consult the sponsor representative on-site for details about your guest’s participation.
Please note that the NerdioCon Pre-Day is an additional experience and is not included in the NerdioCon conference passed (including hosted partners.) Hotel room and Pre-Day pass will be an additional charge.
Attendees should fly into Palm Springs International Airport, located approximately 20 miles from the event venue. The airport code is PSP.
Yes, attendees are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Palm Springs International (PSP) airport. If your flight plan is covered by Nerdio as part of our Partnerd Program or for other reasons, and you have not yet received your flight form, please contact us at nerdiocon@getnerdio.com.
Plan to travel from Monday, April 7th, to Thursday April 10th, 2024. Arrive by early afternoon on Monday to attend the opening party that evening. We will be holding our closing party on Wednesday evening, so plan to depart Thursday morning.
NerdioCon will not be providing transportation to and from Palm Springs International (PSP) airport. Attendees, sponsors, and speakers need to arrange their own transportation.
There is no shuttle service between the resort and the airport. Please plan accordingly and use taxis, ride-sharing services, or rental cars for your transportation.
Event costs
We offer tiered pricing for NerdioCon:
- Early Bird: Register by December 31, 2024, for $299.
- Standard: Register by March 24, 2025, for $499.
- Last Chance: After March 24, 2025, the price increases to $699.
This fee includes access to all event content and spaces, special events and meals provided during activities and sessions. Register early to save!

Yes, please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions when you register.
All meals and beverages during official NerdioCon events are included. You will be responsible for any meals and beverages outside of the scheduled NerdioCon activities.
We encourage you to explore the hotel’s preferred dress code if attending any restaurants. For the event, attendees should dress in business casual attire. Ensure your clothing is comfortable for a day of sessions and networking.
Yes. There will be a time delay when getting these processed, but they will be shared once they are ready.
