Scott Manchester is the Vice President for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop at Microsoft. He is a 21-year veteran at Microsoft where he has led the development of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Service, Second Screen Remoting, Multimedia, and Networking technologies. Scott has developed 25 patents related to remoting, networking, and media. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and an Executive MBA from Washington State University.

Deb Dubrow is a Group Product Manager at Microsoft, responsible for Partnerships and Small Business offerings for Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was a Group Manager at Zillow, where she established the company’s Marketing Technology team and launched Zillow Offers. Deb has over 20 years experience in Product Management and holds MS and BS degrees in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine.

Joe Whittinghill

Joe Whittinghill is the Chief Learning Officer for Microsoft. Joe leads a team responsible for activating culture and learning, building world-class leaders, and enabling the workforce of the future for Microsoft.  Joe has expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organization development, learning, executive development, the neuroscience of leadership, and culture activation.

Joe is one of the architects of the Microsoft Culture Framework: Cultural Attributes, Leadership Principles, Manager Expectations, and Values which are at the core of the company’s business and cultural transformation.

Prior to this role, Joe was the General Manager of the Merger & Acquisitions Venture Integration group.  During his six years leading the group, he built a practice that facilitated the closure and integration of more than 130 acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures representing $31B+ in consideration and adding over 34,000 new employees worldwide to Microsoft.           

He joined Microsoft in 1999, and has held various leadership roles responsible for the development of leaders, organizations and learning, as well as Finance.  His previous work in learning led to the design and building of what is now known as the Microsoft Learning Center in Redmond, WA.  Joe serves on a number of non-profit boards, is the past-chairman of the University of Montana Foundation Board of Trustees, Bersin Academy, and is a guest lecturer at universities on the topics of M&A, culture and leadership, and organization development.  His personal interests include fly-fishing, snow skiing, and anything Montana.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and his M.S.O.D. from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business.

Erwin Visser is General Manager of the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) strategy and GTM for Microsoft Americas. Erwin’s key focus and passion is to enable Microsoft partners in Americas to digitally transform SMB and Corporate customers through worldclass cloud services.

Prior to his current role, Erwin Visser was the General Manager for Enterprise & Industry Marketing, responsible for leading the worldwide marketing strategy for the enterprise segment across commercial and public-sector customers. Before that, Erwin Visser was responsible for the worldwide commercial strategy and marketing of Windows, including the Windows client operating system as well as Windows Phone devices. In this position, Erwin was responsible for the global commercial launch of Windows 7, Windows Phone 7, and Windows 8.1.

In 2006, Erwin transitioned to Microsoft Corporate in Redmond from Microsoft BV in the Netherlands, where he led the Microsoft subsidiary marketing organization as a member of the Dutch leadership team. Erwin grew up in the ranks at Microsoft BV, after starting in a technical pre-sales role, through various Sales and Marketing positions.

Erwin holds a master’s in computer science and a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Amsterdam.

In addition to his career, Erwin is passionate about pushing his personal limits and exploring new experiences, countries and cultures. His hobbies include scuba-diving, mountain climbing, skiing, cycling and travel. Key highlights are Erwin’s 2023 successful summit of Mount Everest and his family climb with the 3 oldest children of Mount Rainier in 2021. Sharing his passion for travel and adventure with his children is his biggest joy.

Jim Moyle

Jim is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft working with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.  He came to Microsoft through the acquisition of the FSLogix technology where he was a Chief Technical Evangelist.  Before joining the Microsoft engineering team, he spent 10 years as a CTP.  You can mainly find him sharing knowledge and information on GitHub, YouTube, and Twitter. Tim Coach

Tim Coach, Pia’s Global Channel Chief, focuses on helping businesses grow through process and innovation. He has an expert understanding of the complete lifecycle of delivering services through the client to the consumer, as well as the intricacies of running a business at every level. He is focused on finding new and innovative ways to help the MSP community thrive.

Tim’s partnership with Pia focuses on bringing AI to MSPs to help increase the efficiency of a single employee through the entire department. Being in IT for the last several decades gives him a unique perspective on every level of execution. Greg Jones

Vice President of Business Development EMEA, at Kaseya

As Vice President of Business Development EMEA, Greg Jones is responsible for expanding and driving the success of Kaseya’s partner programme and unique managed service provider (MSP) ecosystem across the EMEA region.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Greg is a leadership expert who challenges MSPs to think outside the box and question the status quo about what can be achieved with the right technology and business processes. Partners and customers love his pragmatic and practical strategies that can be easily implemented to lead to big business results.

Prior to joining Datto in October 2019, Greg was Chief Technology Officer for an MSP in the Northwest of England. He was recognised by Channel Futures as one of just 14 top Channel Influencers in EMEA in 2023 for his dedication to the MSP community and was named Cyber Security Leader of the Year at the 2023 IT Europa Channel Awards. He also won the 2023 CompTIA UK&I Community Leadership Spotlight Award for demonstrating outstanding leadership and impact to the community.

Greg’s passions extend to the greater MSP community where he serves as Executive Council Leader for CompTIA, as well as acting as an advisor for their Advancing Women in Technology board. He is also a leader of Datto’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.

Jack Cooke

Channel Development Manager at Kaseya

Jack Cooke began his journey at Datto in 2018. His previous role as a Channel Sales Manager led him to join the Business Development Team as a Channel Development Manager in 2022. In Jack’s current role, he assists EMEA partners to access Marketing and Development funds from Kaseya. Whilst also representing Kaseya and Datto at numerous trade shows and technology conferences throughout Europe and around the world, connecting with Managed Service Providers, empowering them, and educating them on the value of a true unified IT solution.

Giovanni Sanguily

Giovanni got his start in IT industry sales. After years traveling the country, he began to see that many MSPs experienced the same hurdles when it came to revenue growth: insufficient marketing skills.

This led Gio and a few close friends to found GlassHive Creative. He filled a consultative role for MSPs and IT vendors and spearheaded hundreds of creative projects and go-to-market strategies that generated millions of dollars in revenue.

To help scale the GlassHive Creative provided services to even more MSPs, Gio and GlassHive Creative created GlassHive, a sales and marketing tool developed specifically for the IT industry. To date in his career, Gio has helped thousands of MSPs and IT vendors transform their sales and marketing.

Paz Maoz

Paz Maoz, the Senior Manager of N-Able’s Growth Strategy Program, leads a team of Senior Account Managers dedicated to supporting the company’s major partners in diverse growth initiatives. Drawing on almost two decades of leadership experience, Paz provides coaching and guidance to his team. Brian Caddell (BC) has 25 years of IT experience working across public, private and DoD (Department of Defense) sectors. Areas of expertise for Brian are private (VMWare), public (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid clouds, migrations, datacenter/application transformations, as well as overall strategy.

Brian currently works at Intel as a Cloud Solution Architect in the Datacenter Sales Group.  His objective is to show our value in influencing/driving cloud adoption and preference for Intel-based solutions for private/public/hybrid) cloud infrastructure and data services.

Prior to Intel, Brian worked at Rackspace Technology, where he spent over 14yrs as a Lead Solutions Architect. While there, he led opportunities toward managed services across bare-metal, private, public and hybrid clouds.  Prior to Rackspace, he worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer at The Scooter Store, a Sr. Systems Engineer for Management Technologies (ManTech), a Systems Engineer at BAMC (Brooke Army Medical Center), IT Director for Career Education Corp, and Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin at (Lackland Air Force Base).

He has an undergraduate degree in Sports and Fitness Management from Texas Lutheran University.  He also holds a Master’s in Information Technology from American Intercollegiate University (AIU).  He currently has certifications in Azure, AWS, Google, Oracle, Intel, VMWare, FinOps and Databricks.

He has been married to his wife, Amy, for 24yrs and they have two daughters, Alyse (21) and Ashlyn (19).  When he is not working, you will either find him watching his daughters play volleyball (both indoor and sand), mountain biking, fishing, golf or just hanging out with the family.  Fun facts: Brian played college basketball on a scholarship at Texas Lutheran University and got an amazing opportunity to intern at NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) in the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.

Neil McLoughlin is Nerdio’s UK Field CTO.  Neil has been in the IT Industry for over 20 years and has spent most of that time specialising in Desktop Virtualization. Previously he spent around 10 years of his career as a Citrix Consultant working on various large Citrix deployments throughout the UK.  Neil’s role at Nerdio spans many different areas. Neil is responsible for assisting sales activities in the UK, assisting customers with any technical issues, and delivering customer success packages. He also helps on the support side when required, and also contributes to marketing by writing various articles, as well as presenting at various conferences throughout the world on Azure Virtual Desktop and Nerdio.  Neil is also big on community and runs the UK AVD User Group and is also a Microsoft MVP.  He currently lives in Manchester, England and is married with two children.

Garion Brown

Garion Brown leads the company’s global virtualization efforts with responsibility for strategy and operations worldwide.  He leads a large global team consisting of virtualization, cloud, automation, and operations experts, spanning 12 countries and 5 time zones.  His Platform Engineering team leverages the team’s vast expertise to deliver and support over 100,000 desktops globally in support of our business and customer needs and requirements.

In his previous role at CME Group, he served as the Senior Director of Systems Engineering, which is the largest futures and options marketplace in the world.  During his tenure there, he managed the Enterprise Server Platforms group, which encompassed over 50 staff in multiple regions globally.  The org there consisted of primarily Linux, Windows, Virtualization, Desktop, Backup and Storage SMEs. 

Garion has over 25 years of experience with infrastructure technologies at scale, with most time spent in the financial sector in Chicago.  These include leadership roles at the Chicago Trading Company and Fidelity Information Services, and engineering role at Citadel Investment Group specializing in Windows and Linux based technologies. 

Garion holds a Masters’s in Law in Information Technology and J.D. from UIC Law and a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.
