NerdioCon Code of Conduct

NerdioCon is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, religion, or any other characteristic.

We expect all participants to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism, in sessions, expo areas, networking events, and online event spaces.
• Avoid harassment of any kind, including offensive comments, unwelcome attention, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.
• Respect physical and personal boundaries.
• Follow the instructions of venue staff and event organizers at all times.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to: offensive verbal or written comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. Participants who violate this Code of Conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund, at the discretion of event organizers.
